Many phones have a tracking feature and it has become increasingly common to be able to track your phone if you lose it. But… once the battery dies you won’t track it anymore.

Track My Backpack does not involve any gadgets although it requires a smartphone and knowing how to scan a QR Code (Apple has a guide here and an Android guide can be found here). It has a single objective: to provide the finder with an easy way to contact the item owner, and in a private way for both parties.
How does it work?
First, you get a Track My Backpack code or a Track My Backpack coded item. Since we are giving away free Track My Backpack codes, let’s look into that option and what you can do with that code.
When you register for a free code you receive an email with your personal code that you can print using any of the many inkjet/laser sticker papers available in the market, including labels and other specialty paper.
Scan your Track My Backpack code to connect it to your email and make sure you confirm the email.
